This is a blog about being a waiter. Very original idea, I know, but I figure it will at least be entertaining to me and serve as some sort of way to wind down after work.
I work at a corporate chain in the South. The corporation views itself as a hip, classier alternative to your traditional corporate chains.
I think often about quitting my job. Ideally I see myself walking out during a crowded shift after getting attitude from a customer, or after being asked to do something ridiculous by a manager. I enjoy the money I make, but being a server is a rough business.
Hopefully I can get some posts up in the next few days. I have some stories in my head but it is suprisingly hard to get them out.
